Wastewater treatment is the removal of impurities from wastewater or sewage before it reaches bodies of water such as oceans, rivers and lakes. The Philippine Clean Water Act of 2004 (RA 9275) mandates that businesses and individuals comply with effluent standards set by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR). DENR Administrative Order No. 2016-08 (DAO 2016-08) specifies these effluent standards. This means that any discharge of effluent from a point source must adhere to the parameters outlined in DAO 2016-08.

UIC is available for ON CALL SERVICES and AFTER SALES SERVICES CONTRACTS to support customers in the operations of their WTP.
For Fire Protection Systems, it is mandatory to conduct PERIODIC MAINTENANCE to ensure the functionality of Fire Pumps and Sprinkler Systems. UIC offers PM Services commonly conducted annually.
